Good Vittles is a direct-distribution channel for Specialty Foods. There will be a retail portal for the private consumer and an HRI portal for hotels, restaurants, and institutions. The consumers place orders online, which are then transmitted to the farmer or food supplier for shipment direct to the buyer. Our niche is a patent-pending perishable food packing process that allows the use of UPS Ground transport up to 4 days in ambient temperatures up to 130 degrees (F). This process has been tested over 6,000 times without a single instance of spoilage. Our food suppliers will be licensed to use this process to fulfill their orders. Good Vittles will market the products; handle both ends of the transaction; and, realize 15% of every sale. Our model is based on a poultry fulfillment business that we built and operated over the past 4 years. The Agricultural Marketing Service at the USDA refers to Good Vittles as "America's next local food system".
