We revolutionize feedback systems by pursuing a new approach. We enable customers to use their natural voice: we let them speak their feedback. By recording and subsequently analyzing the feedback regarding satisfaction, key topics and suggestions, we provide information for corporate managers. How does our product work? 1. After a transaction (e.g. purchase), customers receive an email with an embedded video file that encourages them to provide feedback. 2. Using a built-in link, customers record their feedback within a web browser by using their microphones. 3. Audio files are saved and transcribed to perform content analyses. 4. Feedback receivers can access audio files and processed data via dashboards. Our feedback concept is suitable for all kinds of ecommerce businesses.
